Metal Forming and Bending

Our bending techniques involve Stretch Forming, Roll Forming, Draw Forming, and Press Forming. These processes are proven tools for metal forming. Some metals are inherently soft, while others are hard. Steel and Aluminum regardless of its temper can be annealed to help reach a yield point for fabrication. When metal is formed, both stretching and compression occur which actually increases its strength by 10%.
